No discretionary refunds
LocalCaptions is downloadable software. We do not offer discretionary refunds, returns, exchanges or a money-back guarantee for a change of mind. Review the features, system requirements and license before buying. Deleting or uninstalling the software does not itself create a refund entitlement.
Your legal rights remain
This policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by law, including for nondelivery, defective or materially misdescribed digital content, unauthorized charges or other protected circumstances. It does not prevent a lawful payment dispute.
Digital delivery and withdrawal rights
Where a withdrawal or cooling-off right applies, it is lost only when all applicable legal conditions are satisfied, including any required prior express consent to immediate delivery, acknowledgment of the loss of that right and contract confirmation. Acceptance of general terms alone is not a substitute for any required separate consent. If these conditions are not met, applicable withdrawal rights remain.
